Get in the habit of blocking time on your calendar for strategy, creative, budgets in the same way you block time on your calendar for meetings and calls. You have to mix up your heads up and heads down days. Schedule your meetings back to back, and have days that are free of meetings where you can focus on the work, follow ups and strategy. What works for me is reserving Tuesdays and Thursdays for meetings, and moving around, taking calls or doing interviews.
