Does the matchmaking actually work?

Sometimes the matchmaking does actually work really good but most of the time its broken af... Does anybody else have this problem?? Casual or Ranked?

Do quick match ranks matter in ranked?

Those ranks only matter in Ranked. The Quick Match MMR, however, is a different story. A player can be Gold, Plat, Diamond, and still have the casual MMR of someone whos never played Ranked.

Why do I keep winning in casual Quickmatch?

If you have been winning constantly in matches before the plats became a thing its because of the hidden MMR in casual. Otherwise the plats suck or you just got unlucky. Is there a reason why Im getting put against high ranked players all the time now in casual quickmatch? Casual (Quick Match) has its own separate MMR system.

Does party leader affect matchmaking?

Dont know but maybe party leader has an effect on matchmaking. Me and my friends went through the same thing of just getting demolished every game when we had our best player as leader. Then we made one of our friends who just recently started playing party leader and got our easiest win yet. That would make sense.
