I totally agree that Drumming is beneficial therapy. I am a 65-year old guy with Parkinson’s Disease who loves to drum. (not a drummer) The first time I played a djembe at a local Drum Circle, I felt a rush of elation sending a message to my brain “This is working, pay attention!” I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s in 2004.
