Is it worth it to join Lulu?
Lulu should be avoided, if you are serious about what you do! They lie to the people they make money off and do not help if help is needed. It is just sad what lulu has become. They once used to be an awesome company but since there new website launch and everything last year, they are going downhill and there is no end in sight.

Are my books still available on Lulu?
Your titles are still available on Lulu.com and Amazon.com. I would like to thank you for your understanding and for being a loyal Lulu author. If you have any additional concerns, please feel free to reply to your support ticket. Terrible company, customer service is aweful.
Should I wait for Lulu delivery?
If you dont mind waiting forever, Lulu can provide a good product. You just wont know when or if you will see it. We appreciate the time taken to share your valuable feedback. I am sorry to hear that our shipping carriers have caused a delay in your delivery. It seems like the package will be delivered today.

The key thing to remember is that you’re not really paying to “distribute through Lulu,” you’re paying to print with Lulu. And the printing and distribution plans are a package deal — it’s not like you can print with Lulu and then distribute through another company.
