Matchmaking is pretty bad for this game. You may get lucky, but due to lack of regional matchmaking, you will most likely join games that are being hosted from locations very far away from you, which makes the game unplayable due to latency issues. The same goes for hosting games online.

The other huge issue is that the guns are far too easy to use due to the RNG involved. The worst of players can still get easy kills due to pure luck.
