What does the Bible say about dating Your Boyfriend?
Your relationship is going to thrive if you still have your own interests and your own friends! Remember, Ecclesiastes 4:12 tells us that God comes together with you and your future spouse to form a cord of three. If you and your boyfriend aren’t two separate people, your strong braid of three becomes a flimsy little twist of two.
Is godliness sexy to godly people?
“Godliness is sexy to godly people.” But if you are in a context in which you have watched the person’s godliness, you have marveled at their character, you have rejoiced in what God has done in them and through them, then speed isn’t a big factor. We have a staff person here who met and married her husband in a matter of months.

What does it mean to be godly in dating?
When you are intimate with someone, you are comfortable sharing your dreams, hopes, and fears. You are able to share without restrictions and know you will be respected and loved at all times. Control the drift: a key godly dating principle is remaining close to God. We should never allow our partner to become more important to us than God.
How can I honor God in my dating relationship?
If you’re trying to live your life in a way that honors God, it’s only natural that you’d want a dating relationship that honors Him as well. To ensure God is an important part of your relationship with your partner, choose someone godly, try to embody God’s love in the way you treat each other, and make time to worship together each day.

Two disclaimers. First, many single men may be asking these same questions. I’ve focused on questions from women simply because this reflects my predominant experience. Second, I regularly hear single people say that they don’t like it when others assume all single people are the same.
