How does clan war matchmaking work?
How Clan War Matchmaking Works 2018 Basically, you and your clan members get points for everything you have – you get defensive points depending on the Levels of each of your Defenses, you get attacking points for your Troop Levels and Spell Levels, your Heroes levels, and what you, theoretically, could create to attack someone.
How does the matchmaking work in CWL?
The matchmaking is based only on the current league your clan is. Its a ladder-based war. There is no war-weight, Town Hall levels, Engineered Bases, nothing, only the War League your clan is matters, making this a truly skill-based game mode. One quick note, the first time you enter on a CWL your clan will automatically enter a specific league.
How do I find an opposing clan in Clan Wars?
This is not as easy as finding a village with similar Trophies, so the matchmaking can take longer. Fortunately, there is no need to wait in the Clan Wars screen. You can close the screen with the red X button and you will be notified when an opposing clan has been found.
How long does it take to find a clan in war?
Once a Co-Leader or Leader starts a Clan war search, the clan is put into the matchmaking pool, and it may take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours for the matchmaking process to find a suitable clan in war.
How are clans matched up?
Clans are matched up based on the overall strength of its members. Strength is based on each member’s attacking power (troops, army camp capacity and spells) and defensive power (defense buildings, walls and traps). Heroes constitute towards a players offensive and defensive power.
Do trophies factor in when clans are matched?
Unlike in Multiplayer mode, trophies do not factor in when clans are matched. The search tries to match Clans with similar Town Hall levels. Different layouts and base designs do not affect strength.
What are War weight points in Clash of clans?

A Clan war search can be started as long as the clan is not currently in a war, whether it be a normal Clan War, a Friendly War, or a war in Clan War Leagues. However, the ability to search for regular Clan Wars is temporarily disabled during the Clan War Leagues sign-up period.

This is only a description of how often the clan expects to do Clan Wars, and the Clan is never obliged to do wars at their stated frequency regardless of the setting chosen. Set the minimum Trophies and Versus Trophies, as well as the minimum Town Hall level required to join the clan.
How long does it take for a clan to accept you?
Your message will pop up in the Clan chat, at which time an elder, co-leader or a leader can accept you into the clan or reject you. If you have been rejected you will have to wait for 6–8 hours until you can apply again for the same Clan.
